Habegger's Amish Market: Your Go-To Stop for Authentic Amish Goods and Fresh Deli Treats

Great! Recommend going out of your way for the experience! Well worth the drive for the homemade food! Excellent people who go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with what you bought. You're not going to find any place nearby who compares!

Probably the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, not even exaggerating. The Fruity Pebbles shake was so good, and their baked goods are unreal. Cheese curds are always a hit. The bread alone is worth the trip, we literally drove an hour out of the way just to get it. Everything was fresh and delicious. We’ll 100% be back.

This local market is a great place to get groceries, baked goods, fresh ingredients and produce, and much more! We stopped by here to stock up on a few things in preparation for Thanksgiving. They have a wide range of grocery options, including some great local brands to choose from. Along with some fresh produce and seasonings, we also purchased some treats for ourselves. I got a giant lollipop and one of their cinnamon buns they make in-house. IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST CINNAMON BUNS I’VE EVER HAD. They were super generous with the icing as well! They have sandwiches and ready-to-eat meals for sale. There is also a small free parking lot in the front, so it is quite accessible. The staff were all so lovely and friendly in the store. I’d love to drop by again!

Bought a great hand made leather belt and some spices. They have lots of repackaged bulk foods including candy. Fresh baked goods and a little deli counter with friendly staff. Doesn’t seem 100% Amish to us, I do like that belt though so it wasn’t a total letdown.

I am actually visiting TN and my friend knew of this absolute GEM. This is in KY and well worth the visit!! I'm about 35 mins away in Portland, TN, and I highly recommend delicious and superior service. The deli girl makes everyone feel welcome. She truly has a gift

Habegger's Amish Market is run by a family who decided to leave the Order in Pennsylvania, but didn't want to give up all their ways. It is the touristy spot on the edge of this particular Mennonite settlement outside of Scottsville, KY. Don't let that deter you though, this is a great place to shop and eat. The place is divided into two sections, with the cashiers in the middle. On the shop side, they have the usual things tourists look for - jams, jellies, BBQ sauces, etc., but they also have many items sold in bulk for both the local Mennonites and visitors, such as snacks, candy, herbs and seasoning, baking ingredients, dried beans, etc. They also have a limited selection of teas, honey, ice cream, and home decorations. On the other side of the store is the deli and dining area. There is also another dining area out on the patio. They have a small menu of sandwiches, which usually are served with a side of chips and a drink. Also available is a decent selection of meats and cheeses that are sliced fresh when you order. In the spring and summer, there is usually a small selection of flowers and vegetables for sale out on the patio. To the right of the store is a small, Amish themed playground for the kids. All in all, this is a great place to visit, especially if you need to stock your pantry, get a bite to eat or just want to shop.
